Well, I am planning to begin a hot yoga class this week. Hopefully I will stick to the goal.

You are brave to want a home birth. I wanted to try to go natural, and begged for the epidural when I got to the hospital.

I was also paranoid of something going wrong and not being at a place with one of the best NICUs in the country.

I went yesterday and enjoyed myself, although I really couldn't do half the poses. I think that's normal though. I have some free classes left through next week so I think I am going to try again, and also look for another basic yoga class.

I have have my head buried in the sand. Refuse to think too hard about labouring!

Hope you don't ache too much from your class. I'm painting our kitchen at the moment and have to say I ache all over!
